Is there a maximum occupancy for each town home?
Yes.
3 bedroom town homes allow up to a maximum of 8 people.
4 bedroom town homes allow up to a maximum of 10 people.
Are the homes fully equipped or will I need to bring anything with me?
All the homes are fully furnished including linens, towels, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. As they are self-catering
homes, you will be responsible for your own groceries and toiletries etc.
What kind of amenities are on offer within the resort itself?
Lucaya Village is a gated resort which boasts a 3,500 sq ft clubhouse, on site theme park tickets, heated outdoor swimming pool,
volleyball court, exercise room, Whirlpool spa and concierge services.
Will I need to pay a cleaning fee upon departure?
Yes. Each home is professionally cleaned after departure for the next guest's arrival. Please check our rates page for current fees.

It is located on Polynesian Isle Blvd, at the Junction of Highway 192. Adjacent to Scott St.
Is the resort ideally located for Walt Disney World?
Absolutely! Our homes are located just a few minutes driving distance away. There are also many local restaurants, diners,
shopping facilities, pharmacies and other fun Orlando attractions within a very short distance.
